The second cohort stepped in quietly in late 2020 and immediately found themselves training amid rolling national crises and Wi-Fi rebellions. They arrived curious, bold, and ready to stretch their artistic muscles in every direction.

They created two 30-minute street performances about daily struggles in Lebanon and performed it in two different cities.
They did exactly that—first on Beirut’s Ain El Mraisseh Corniche and then in Tripoli’s main square, where audiences recognized themselves in every scene.

After coursework, they travelled across Lebanon to work with youth aged 14–19, co-creating new street performances rooted in real stories and local concerns. These shows toured Kahale, Baalchmay, Aley, and beyond—proving once again that when young people meet street theatre, something powerful wakes up.

Cohort 2 carried forward the IIVVSS spirit: courage, curiosity, artistic risk, and the unwavering belief that art belongs to the streets and the people who live in them.
